FAQs

What services do you provide?

I provide individualized behavior intervention and executive function coaching for individuals with disabilities, and training and consultations for families, schools, and businesses. Each service is tailored to the unique needs of the individual or organization we are working with.

What is the difference between behavior coaching and executive function coaching?

Behavior Coaching helps individuals manage emotions, navigate triggers, and build positive routines by strengthening communication, regulation, and coping skills. Executive Function Coaching focuses on developing cognitive skills like organization, time management, planning, and task initiation to support follow-through and independence.

What ages do you work with?

  • Behavior Intervention Support: PreK through primary aged children

  • Executive Function Coaching: Secondary students, college students, and adults

  • Consultation and Training: Families, parents, schools, and businesses

After our first free consultation call, we’ll work together to determine which service is the best fit for you, your child, or organization.

Where are your services offered (in-person, virtual, schools, community)?

I offer both virtual and in-person services. Virtual sessions are provided for coaching and parent training, while in-person services are available for schools, organizations, and community-based trainings or consultations.

What makes your approach different from other behavior coaching and consultation services?

My approach is holistic and client-centered. I focus on honoring each individual’s needs and creating environments that support success—rather than expecting the individual to adapt to the environment. In addition to working directly with clients, I aim to build understanding, educate, and inform families, educators, and teams through our consultations and trainings. By helping others understand behavior, learning, and executive function, we empower everyone involved to support meaningful growth and create environments where individuals can truly thrive.

Do you accept insurance?
